Stop J. Landry from Using Live Tigers at Football Games

Stop J. Landry from Using Live Tigers at Football Games

The Issue

 J. Landry plans on parading a "loaner" tiger at the LSU game. This is not an act of celebration but a distressing spectacle for the animals involved. The caging and display of these beautiful creatures exposes them to stress and fear. The  practice of using wild animals according to the Animal Welfare Institute, for entertainment purposes often leads to physical and psychological harm. Landry may believe no harm is done as long as "Mike," isn't involved, but this perspective fails to consider the well-being of all tigers. Tigers are an endangered species, and exploiting them for spectacle is morally and environmentally unconscionable. All animals deserve respect, not just 'Mike'. Please sign this petition to stop J. Landry from using live tigers at football games.
