Stop in game purchases for computer games played by children.

The Issue

The computer gaming industry is extorting money from children via 'in app purchases' that promise competitive advantage and success.

Games are engineered to hinder progress and offer in app purchases to overcome the heightened challenge.

The process quickly forms player behaviour and the risk reward experience is parallel with any other form of gambling. The in app purchase doesn't guarantee success but will significantly increase the chances of it with the accompanying dopamine hit for the player.

The gaming industry needs much stronger regulations to protect all players but particularly children.
