Our NJ STATE Government has the power to protect our communities against an out-of-control federal immigration force. 

Immigration enforcement agents are acting in brazenly illegal and unconstitutional ways, like a Secret Police taking over our communities. 

• They hide their own identities while demanding identification documents from people on the streets. 
• They arrest people without judicial warrants. 
• They fire tear gas at protestors and bystanders. 
• They violently arrest onlookers and those who question them
• They have done this to everyday Americans, mayors, Representatives, and Senators. 

This is happening in communities across the country. If we do not impose limits on this Secret Police force, we will end up with an American Gestapo that strips us of our rights, and intimidates and terrorizes all our communities. 

Let's tell our NJ State Legislature to pass laws to hold the immigration secret police accountable in our state, and in our communities. 

• NO MASKS
• Uniforms and badges that clearly identify them and their specific agencies
• No unmarked vehicles
• No arrests without judicial warrants
• No random dragnets on our streets
• No active duty military, no military vehicles, no military weapons on our streets
• All individuals who are arrested must have a hearing, and full due process rights.
• Individuals must be allowed immediately to contact family or legal counsel.
• Individuals cannot be held secretly, or secretly sent to another state.
  

There should be steep fines and jail time, for any individual federal agent who breaks these state laws, and any superior officer who orders them to do so.
