Letter recieved , April 4, 2014 : File No.: I.3/ 16 - P-2013-03279-01 , Petition Office NRW The Petition Office confirmed in a very short reply some complaints mentioned in the petition and wrote that the cases will be discussed and decided by the prosecutors .Furthermore ,there would be no reason to interfer ( department of justice) and private cases could not be discussed . It is impressive that the Petition Office NRW discussed "the Petition" in comparison to the Petition Office of the Deutsche Bundestag ( send 2011 , closed with no results in2o13 , after several complaints reopend in 2013 , ongoing) . Unfortunately results are not satisfying and not acceptable. Complaints /friendly requests were send again to the Landtag NRW : fair investigations , independant prosecutors , right to damages / repayments , official corrections , willful prolongations , willful breach of [office) duty , petition ( requests) of all general cases ignored , + more .
