Dr.A.Fils ( +CDU Ratsherr) , son of old landlord lady ( compare contract , responsibility , etc.) wrote bad hand written message to remove ( petitioner) bike from the place in front of door , which is used also by other people living in the house and by his family ( several bikes, day &night) for month and years . Furthermore , he and advocates wrote the place must be empty for emergency cases / fireman and the space would be rented and not allowed to be used for everyone living in the house ( Mietrecht ??) .There is also a garage and a dirty room outside for bikes ( crowded with bikes of the landlord family) . Petitioner ( BS, me) received no reply for month even years friendly asking again and again , where it will be possible to put the bike .After petitioner bought a bike , threats were send by Dr.A. Fils and advocates ! Again willful dicrimination , threats , injustice and more . Prosecutors are informed ( criminal charges ongoing) , etc.
