ONGOING , since 2011/ 2012 WAITING for REPLY & JUSTICE from Minister of Justice ,Niedersachen / Germany . Confirmation received a few month ago (29. October 2013 ) : investigations will be made : reason for "willful " (?) prolongation of investigations by prosecutor in Oldenburg and more ... "Organised Crimes" and more ! Before sending complaints to the prosecutor and sending the "Mahnbescheid " the involved companies were informed about the sitaution : NO reply ! Karstadt ( head office / Mr. Berggruen) , place of event and (maybe) directly involved ( willful sabotage and / or business partner of events ( financial partner of companies) was also informed a few month ago : NO reply. NO interest (?) in peaceful negotiation and reparations ? ! BfD/ Bundesfinanzdirektion are also informed .
