I have lived in Champaign my entire life and THIS summer has been the worst I have Ever seen this city.  Now I am finding out that there converting a building in the middle of well established neighborhoods as well as 7 schools into a Men's Homeless Shelter. So instead of coming up with improvements towards end homelessness  we are spreading it while ONCE again hurting the middle class. You will be hurting EVERY home owner surrounding this shelter being catastrophic towards families lifelong investments !  How dare we allow this to happen to our community over those who can't get their lives together and those out to Steal Properties from Honest Hardworking Families !
