Our goal is to create a better world and economy by banning the ability for companies to deny jobs due to something that people cannot control- Height. By campaigning and protesting for for the Non-discrimination policy to be changed. We wish to add “height” to this document to make sure that companies cannot stop people from working in jobs they are overqualified for. We also are going to be forwarding a bill to the United Nations, which will add an article to the UDHR, which will ban height discrimination. Lastly, we will be pushing a bill to the Government of the United States to specifically spell out harsh penalties to any company who is found in violation of these terms. The charges will be similar to that of discrimination based on gender, race, or ethnicity.
