Living at Maryvale Place should feel like a safe haven, but for many of us, it has become the complete opposite. I am a resident here. I am compelled to speak up about the distressful behavior of our property manager, Zelda Hatcher. Over time, Zelda has created a hostile environment, making tenants feel threatened and unwelcome.

Almost every tenant here has experienced harassment in one form or another, especially when we've raised genuine concerns about our apartment conditions. Instead of addressing these issues, Zelda has been intimidatory, focusing on criticism rather than solutions. Vehicles are selectively towed, with no clear or fair rationale, leaving some tenants constantly stressed about where to park.

Moreover, during our bi-monthly inspections, Zelda records our personal items, an invasion of privacy that has made residents uneasy. It feels like we are under surveillance in our own homes, which erodes the sense of security and comfort one should feel in their living space.

Maryvale Place deserves better. We deserve a property manager who listens, addresses concerns fairly, and respects our privacy. It's crucial that Zelda's actions are checked or she is removed to ensure that the living environment becomes supportive and stress-free for everyone.
