Stop Harassment and Invasion of Privacy by Neighbor

Stop Harassment and Invasion of Privacy by Neighbor
The Issue
For over a month now, my life has been mired in unprovoked harassment from a neighbor who has not only invaded my privacy but also exposed my personal information to public ridicule. This neighbor has maliciously shared my private data with unscrupulous individuals, posting my name and address publicly, which has attracted illicit elements to my home. In a sad turn of events, I've been charged with destruction of property for removing the very flowers that I helped to maintain around my home, a desperate attempt to reclaim some control of my personal space in the face of these assaults. She's put nails under my tires, walked past my cameras yelling and cussing me, put dead flowers on my car, signs stating "criminial" in front of my car, notes on my car signing the landlords name to it and all these stress has taken a physical and mental toll on me.
The sharing of private information without consent is against the law, infringing on privacy rights, and potentially leading to a myriad of security issues, identity theft, or worse (United States Department of Justice). In fact, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, approximately 1.1 million Americans are victims of stalking each year, a horrifying statistic that underscores my current predicament.
The broader issue reaches beyond me; it hinges on respecting the right of every person to live in peace, free from harassment and intrusion. I am calling on my local authorities and governing bodies to intervene, enforce the law, and ensure the rights of all denizens are upheld. I implore every signee to consider how they might feel if this horrendous experience happened to them or their loved ones. Please lend your support by signing this petition: every vote is a voice against harassment, invasion of privacy with malicious intent and stalking, a demand for privacy, and a cry for justice. She needs to pay for her crimes! Charges need to be brought against Llora Beth LeFevre!
