Since Grand River Medical Group let go 52 staff, including 9 providers, information received is these providers are being forced out of our communities. 

Shortly after obtaining Unity Point clinics Grand River Medical Group had all new providers sign a non compete agreement. Couple months later they were let go. Leaving our communities with a loss of health care providers. 

My family alone has lost our provider for 6 members. Given Grand River Medical Group lack of professionalism, my family will not return to their clinic. Leaving a struggle to find replacement provider. I would be able to keep my provider if Grand River Medical Group would release providers from their non-compete agreement and allow them to practice in the Dubuque communities.
