Stop giving pay rises to UK workforces that are already paid enough
Stop giving pay rises to UK workforces that are already paid enough
The Issue
The government needs to stop giving pay rises to workforces that are already vastly overpaid.
A Pattern : What you notice in the UK is the same old workforces going on strike every 3-4 years when they want a pay rise. Postal workers, bus drivers, train drivers, teachers etc frequently have strikes every 3-4 years when it is time for them to demand a pay rise, it is too repetitive.
Current financial situation of the country : We live in a era where UK finances are at record debt levels, and despite the obsession within our society for climate change and sustainability, not one individual seems concerned about the long term financial sustainability of the UK which is a great worry because it will be future generations that will be expected to pay back the debt.
UK Government will increase countries debt levels : We now seem to have a UK government that will increase the countries debt levels even more, just to give those that already have enough, more of the taxpayers money. They need to be stopped, they cannot continue to push the UK further into debt. We could bring in national votes, and all those people that pay tax into the system should have the right to vote if a workforce gets a pay rise or not, if the pay rise is coming out of the taxpayers money.
Most UK striking workforces are already vastly overpaid : There seems to be a craze in this country of workforces that are already paid enough demanding a pay rise, money that will come from the taxpayer. If you use the UK average yearly salary has a fair grading point, things above average are good, and things below average are bad. What you discover is that most striking workforces demanding more money already earn will above the national average UK salary.
We want to see UK workforces salaries reduced : In my opinion we need to see the salaries of many workforces reduced not increased, the country has no money and cannot keep giving in to their demands, from train drivers to teachers to postal people and many more, they are already paid enough for the jobs that they do, and in many instances they are vastly overpaid.
Conclusion : It is important to fight back against the greedy striking UK workforces, and stop them getting more of the taxpayers money.
