The reason i care so much is cause companies are abusing they authority by taking are money for application fees and we dont even be approved then we out of money. They charge us high application fees and still dont end up renting places out they are basically making rent for they rental properties from all the application fees they charge and still dont except nobody and still advertise they property this is not fair to us low income struggling families if you not excepted they should return application fee
