Formula 1 fans, we need your support to address a concerning issue within our community. Formula 1 management has been taking down fan-created videos on YouTube, even those made purely for fun and not intended for monetization.

To F1 Management;

When making fun F1 Videos, we use your content fairly and don't distribute as our own. We use under 30s of uncut footage from your already available content on youtube AND it is modified. We make these for fun and don't try to steal your videos and claim them as our own, as it is your company and sport. We know that you are protective of people not stealing content and that is also why we don't just upload lots and lots of the race that people obviously need to pay to view. But the free content, like the highlights are allowed and you should know that. Stop giving us strikes and ruining fun.

It's disheartening to see the videos that bring joy, excitement, and a sense of camaraderie among fans being taken down. These videos are not infringing on copyrights, nor are they attempting to profit from Formula 1 content. Instead, they are a testament to our collective passion for the sport.
