We believe that:

We demand the City of Franklin:

Investigate sudden, excessive rent increases targeting vulnerable residents.
Pass ordinances that limit the amount and frequency of rent hikes.
Implement protections for tenants facing economic displacement.
Encourage affordable housing initiatives for all income levels.
