The staff at Sirenis Resort in Riviera Maya are like family. For years, these dedicated employees have provided exceptional service and contributed to the resort's success. Recently, management created unliveable workplace conditions including demanding that employees take weeks of unpaid mandatory leave because they were not able to keep them employed during renovations.  After employees voiced that they could not feed their families if they took mandatory unpaid leaves, Sirenis began firing firing  long-term loyal employees, a decision that not only disrupts their lives but also impacts the quality of service guests have come to expect. 

Long-term employees bring invaluable experience and a personal touch that new hires cannot immediately replicate. Their commitment and hard work deserve recognition, not termination.
