We The People declare that the body that governs this land has failed its people.
This Congress is made up of mostly illegitimate representatives who have been selected and not elected by the people, into office.The illegitimate body has infiltrated our country and carried out the agendas of our enemies to destroy America and it's people.

This body of government has committed acts against the population as follows:
1. Violated the rights to humane treatment and other basic protections of the people of this country.
2. Performed biological experiments.
3. Human / Child Trafficking / rape /murder
4. Offered / supplied aid and comfort to the enemy.
5. Committed Election Fraud 

Overal, this body of government has committed acts against the
population defined as a grave breach in any of the international conventions signed at Geneva, 12 August 1949, or any protocol to
such convention to which the United States is a party; We The People demand a relinquishment of all illegitimate
government persons and agencies and a swift exit of offices immediately in accordance with the Department of Defense - Law of War Manual, article 11.3.
Furthermore, we demand that those who have committed such crimes be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
