I am trying to reach as many people as possible and get this seen and pray somebody hears my pleas! I am the kind of parent that is generally not heard and I usually give up and I cannot give up this time I need to push. I am currently dealing with the 2023 version of the fab five scandal, except this is school wide. My family moved here to spring green wi in Jan 2022, my oldest was in 8th grade didn't really have any issues, until she started freshman year, now I was working as a lunch lady for the district and had been warned that the principal and dean of students target kids. If your not prominent in the community or if you didn't grow up here. Well my daughter was a target. It started off where she was accused of vaping in the bathroom, I was also informed there was another student in there but they were dead set on that it was my daughter, they searched her, searched her locker,her backpack and found nothing. I received a call and I expressed concern because they found nothing they wouldn't allow my daughter to leave unless she confessed. She was suspended for 5 days with no proof and a forced confession. Fast forward to Feb 2023. My daughter was apart of a group of friends trying a weed pen in the bathrooms, it was not on her but she just said she did it because she knew no one would believe her due to the past incident. So that ended up being a pre expulsion.  Again no one listened if I didn't sign the agreement they would just expell her anyways. And by this point I had already known numerous student had been doing same things or worse and are not getting in trouble whatsoever. And whenever I have voiced this concern I would be interrupted or ignored. Fast forward to now. Unfortunately my daughter was caught with booze in her locker. And the principal was adamant that she needs to be banned until she is 21. Deserving to be punished? Yes, until she is 21 absolutely not. During pre expulsion she brought up the vape incident in beginning of year but never wrote it down and shut down when I challenged it due to there was no proof. During the expulsion hearing they said they wanted her out over 3 incidents but they only listed the 2 and completely left out the first incident and lied about it. Lied in the paperwork. My daughter told them another brought her booze to school and I was able to get a name to them they did nothing I have the text proof from that student. I have another text from another student who had a knife at school and nothing was done. I am tired and stressed out and tired of not being heard and the only people who want to help want 350 just for a consult, and I'm poor. My daughter is not the only one this has happened too. I have proof I have witnesses. I want that principal out of the school! Football players are known to use weed pens and the principal takes it and gives it back at end of the school day but my daughter gets expelled and it wasn't even on her! Get rid of darby blakely at river valley high school in spring green wi and anybody else who favors students!!!! And just got word he attempted to get my daughter fired from her job!!!!
