Discord is an instant messaging social platform that's used by tens of millions of people to talk and hang out with their communities and friends.

Unfortunately, our social platform's biggest fear: the Discord Bots, has been taking over the entire platform since 2020 with no human staff available, letting Discord Bots to randomly falsely banning human accounts with no proper reason or explanation of violating from the Community Guidelines and/or Terms of Service.

Discord Bots (including Clyde) are notorious known for automatically rejecting all ban appeals from banned accounts by auto responding to their emails that they could not reinstate their accounts, which causes to delete all falsely banned accounts with no second chance of reinstating.

Discord's support are currently unsupported for human users who wants to get their accounts reinstated due to the false banning on the platform, making the Terms & Service a complete joke.

According from their Transparency Report from July to September of 2022, Discord managed to received over 28,736 appeals submitted, which reinstated 1,334 accounts, with 27,402 appeals being ignored.

We wanted to ask to Jason Citron, creator of Discord to fix the bot problem and stop falsely banning our accounts as soon as possible.
