I hold a deeply personal stake in this petition as my driveway, like many others in our neighborhood, has been damaged due to the inconsiderate operations by Ezee Fiber. Not only did this fiber company destroy countless driveways, side yards, and more in our residential area, but they also left behind significant amounts of trash and never came back to collect it.

The disrespectful exploitation of our private properties is unacceptable. We, the homeowners, are left to bear the weight of the inconvenience and the cost of repairs. Moreover, the fiber cables they installed have caused unintended disruptions with existing utilities, further inconveniencing residents.

The lack of responsibility and neglect that Ezee Fiber has demonstrated is a clear violation of the rights of homeowners, municipal bylaws, and ultimately, our neighborhood's peace and harmony. We had never foreseen that access to advanced internet services would come with such a high unwanted cost.

Therefore, we call upon the relevant regulatory authorities to block Ezee Fiber's access, hold them accountable for their actions and promptly address the damages they have caused.
