EXECTUTIVE PARKWAY: Islands in the middle of the road causing single lane traffic on either side. Very dangerous where a fire truck or ambulance is stopped for a good medical reason.  Just repave the parkway to make it safe. The "islands" will need to be maintained, more $. Snow removal will be more difficult. and faster drivers will try to pass in the space between "islands". Because of the single lane there will be backups at Secor and Central
