This petition is to stop eu chat control taking place.

The reasons why its ment to not take place?

Well, for starters it breaks a lot of rules that the Parlament has set in place. 
Here is the list of all rules broken: 

• Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union  Article 7

Scanning private messages undermines every person’s fundamental right to confidential communication

• Article 8 of the EU Charter
  
  Mass scanning of personal messages collects and processes the data of millions of innocent people
  
• Article 11 of the EU Charter
  
  People should not have to fear that private conversations are being monitored, as this can discourage free expression.
  
• General Data Protection Regulation
• A binding EU regulation that governs how personal data is processed.

These laws are MAJOR for teenagers so we can know that EUROPE isint looking at our messages. Right now it looks like the EU is trying to control what we are saying, seeing and hearing. This Europe is not democratic anymore. Right now, it looks like its comunist. This is not the Europe we know. 

What is chat control?

Chat Control is a proposed EU law that aims to detect child sexual abuse material and online grooming in digital communications. While the EU says it is designed to protect children and teenagers, the truth is that scanning private messages could reduce privacy and weaken secure communications.

Tips on how to communicate without Europe scanning you’re messages:

1. Instal messaging apps such as Signal or Session, Signal requires a phone number while session dosent. Both have end-to-end encryption which the EU can’t read.
2. If you have a VPN that connects to Asia or North America, use it. If you dont, I recommend apps such as Mullvad (payed), Proton VPN Free (Free, but you don’t get a choice of locations) or Windscribe Free (Free but you get 10gb per month). A VPN helps because you can use normal apps without the EU scanning you.
3. Use a browser like Proton for E-mail, cloud storage and browsing. 

Please sign this petition, since the people of the EU Parlament have found a loop-hole where they re-elected the same law after it was chosen not to be elected. This is a Major privacy issue.
