Stop Endangering Wildlife and Domesticated Animals; they deserve better!
The Issue
Truth be told, almost all countries have cases related to this topic. However, The golden triangle of Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar is a global hub for illegal wildlife trade and trafficking. China is the largest importer of illegal wildlife and animal products, driving demands for animals from around the world.
Another top country for animal cruelty in Australia. For around 55,000–60,000 allegations of animal abuse are filed to the RSPCA each year in Australia, with 11,000 of those reports coming from Victoria. The unfortunate truth is that not all animals are protected under Australian legislation. In reality, the law "protects" or "exempts" animals based on their "worth" or "utility" to humans rather than on their ability to suffer.
We have a moral responsibility to consider their needs if we are considering taking a course of action that could conflict with them. This is why you should notify animal control, police enforcement, or a human group in your community if you see someone abusing or neglecting an animal. These authorities will conduct an investigation and decide how to assist the animal if they concur that there is a chance of neglect or abuse.
Animals aren't just valuable for their own sake – they're also part of a wider natural environment that may provide food, shelter, water, and other functions, for other wildlife and people. In other words, Endangering them would not only affects them but also us, humans as well as it will make our environment unbalanced. Without animals on our planet, there would be no prosperity, economy, or life. Animals also brought us love and happiness in our homes. Anyone, especially children and oldies became fond of having animals as their pets because of the loyalty, unconditional love, and joy that they unintentionally bring. That is why we should stop harming or even trying to endanger the lives of every animal.
Actually, today is the right time to protect and promote animal rights. Animals surely deserve to live their lives free from suffering and exploitation, away from violence. Animals with rights must be treated as ends in themselves; they should not be treated by others as means to achieve their ends. From this fundamental right come other rights. Particular species only get relevant and useful rights - so animals don't get all the rights that human beings get. Animals should be treated equally to humans in my opinion since they are living things who can suffer just like people, have personalities and preferences just like people, and do not want to be harmed just like people. Animal rights educate us about what is morally wrong to do to animals and what is wrong to do to them as a matter of principle.
