EKU is planning on putting a fee on EACH credit hour over 15 credit hours. President McFadden has even gone as far to say that the "12 or 14" students he's spoken to have a "surplus of funds," but what about the rest of us? For Music Majors, STEM majors, nursing majors, people with minors and who are double majoring, can you swing that increase in tuition? Generally, these students have nearly 16-18 credit hours, that would raise their tuition by nearly $1000 each semester and $2000 a year. Over the course of four years, this will cost students an EXTRA $8,000. They are meeting on May 14th, 2025 to discuss this change and we need your help to prove it's a bad move for the school to make!
