My son was hit by a drunk and high driver May 26, 2021, on Bristow Rd, in Nokesville VA. His life was altered after that night. 

The accident was 100% preventable. The criminal had a prior criminal record and multiple revoked licenses. He should have never been behind the wheel. He should have been in jail paying the ultimate price for his prior crimes.

I ask that you sign this petition urging judges and courts to give the maximum penalty to drivers with DUI's and revoked licenses, which will be included in a letter to the Clerk of Circuit Court in Prince William County, VA.  

I urge you to sign this petition to be included in my formal letter to send a message to the community of Prince William County that we WILL NOT stand for criminals driving under the influence of drugs alcohol and excessive speed which take the lives of others. 

No innocent person should have to go through what my son went through. No family should have to go through such devastation and such a difficult trauma. 

I also urge you to donate to MADD, the organization 'Mothers Against Drunk Driving' who help many families through the pain, suffering and devastation of drunk driving incidents.
