Directed Energy Weapons, including microwaves and electromagnetic impulses, have been utilized, according to reports from the European Parliament STOA and various whistleblowers, to cause psychological and physical harm without leaving explicit evidence. This technology, originally intended for military use, is now reportedly being misused against civilians in covert operations.
Thousands, if not millions, of individuals globally are suffering from inexplicable health issues and psychological turmoil, often left without peace or reprieve. These victims are deemed paranoid, mistrusted, or ignored, leaving them with no support or means for justice.
