It’s been a while since we’ve provided an update on the Exit 109 Redevelopment (331 Newman Speings Rd, Block 1131, Lots 30-32, a.k.a. One River Center Office Park) in Middletown/Lincroft which runs along the Swimming River adjacent to Tinton Falls.

We just learned that Middletown will permit 340 residential units! According to our sources, this will be located in the place of the small cafeteria building and rear parking lot which would disturb the remaining natural areas, even if it doesn’t remove them. This would greatly increase traffic, runoff to the river, and air pollution as well as impact Lincroft  schools and infrastructure…

Here’s what we need from YOU:

-Keep your eyes on the Middletown agenda site to make sure we don’t miss the Township Committee meeting

-Get the word out in Middletown/Lincroft: word of mouth, volunteer to drop more info sheets - we can get these to you, PM us

-SHOW UP and oppose

We need to show strength in numbers to convince Middletown that this is the WRONG location for high density residences.
