People need to be aware of what is going on in the Depew School District.  I have heard that at the end of the year they are cutting teacher assistant positions who are very important to special education classrooms due to budget cuts. I  think that its going to effect/ hurt our childrens learning abilities and progress.  Children need the extra assistance in the classroom to succeed. Without this the children  are gonna possibly regress. Children with IEPs  are required by the law to have an assistant to help the main teacher with daily classroom assignments.  Why are they doing this to are students.
