I am starting this petition today due to how many children and parents are unhappy with the way delta schools treat our children, please stand with me in making a change to this observe behaviour. 
They are abusing our children under our very own noses withholding their basic human rights making us feel like crappy parents for standing up for our children. A few examples as to why this is so important to me. 

- Toilets being locked unless it’s break time (what if they need a poo or female and it’s time of the month) they find these things embarrassing and need privacy and they are 11/12/13/14 year old so there not going to go up to a teacher and explain why. 

-Detention - chucked out like candy but if as a parent you disagree, or ask for this to be moved it’s a no go, there’s no movement on this.

-Suspension- again chucked out like candy like it’s absolutely nothing, this doesn’t only effect the child but the parent who has to leave work to collect child immediately as they are no longer aloud on site but then to have to take more time off work to have a “reintregation meeting where they make plans and promises on how things will get better but yet nothing ever does

-Uniform- if it’s 30 degrees you best bet you have to wear full uniform including your blazer.

 
-Lack of respect from the teachers that think it’s acceptable to speak to the children like complete and utter rubbish yet wonder why they don’t get the respect they think they deserve from pupils and parents. 

-Isolation although sometimes this may be necessary depending on the individual or the situation they now use this as part of their programme it’s a daily occurrence for most children who don’t fit into the A* profile 

*Basic human rights, multiple occasions whilst in said isolation children haven’t been fed or given a drink as the dinner order was taking in the AM so they was “missed of the register” 

-SEN - asking for support and helping and they blame bad behaviour instead of listening to the parents and seeing what support can be given instead every time it’s instantly dismissed. 

-Homework this is part of our education system but all they do is set homework via Sparks and if children have say completed 95% but was stuck on two questions then they receive a detention for not completing. Why are they not working with these children helping them understand their homework and seeing why they always leave 1/2 unfinished. 

It is CHILDABUSE and Guaranteed if any off us parents stoped our children from having access to food/water/toilets we would be reported instantly. 

No two children are the same so why is it one system for all? If your not top of the class your not important our children deserve better!
