The Ethiopian/Eritrean social media community on Tiktok is fed up with the constant hate speech, cyber bullying and defamation of two people on Tik Tok. Their names on TikTok are "Dalecha" and "Joker". We do not know for sure the confirmed identity of "Joker", but it is presumed to be Zegeye. "Dalecha's" real name is confirmed to be (Duressa Ayele Korosso). "Dalecha" lives in the USA while "Joker" is said to live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Both have a number of accounts they use to terrorize and spread their vile rhetoric. Because both are predominately using the Amharic language, it is hard for the TikTok system to detect and understand their negative speech. Without a doubt, what these two men are saying about specific individuals and various tribes in Ethiopia VIOLATE TIKTOK COMMUNITY STANDARDS and the Law!
These two individuals show no remorse or any interest in stoping their dangerous rhetoric on TikTok. On a daily basis, they utilize their own accounts as well as other people's accounts on the TikTok platform to ridicule, threaten, mock, lie about and bully individuals. Almost everyday, they put up pictures of their target (usually manipulated or photoshopped in some sort of way), they gather likeminded followers and verbally abuse the person for hours, days, weeks and even months. They attack men, women, both young and old, as well as minors and children. They have even recently started to mock and bully a very famous well-known Ethiopian person with an obvious disability as a result of an accident. They are working tirelessly to even destroy unions of married individuals by spreading false information. These two are very dangerous individuals and they must be stopped! Because of what they are doing online, many people are getting depressed, their character is being assassinated, their family's are in danger, and some are even being affected in their business and or place of employment. They have no regards for anyone and have no desire to comply by Tiktok's community standards!
Both "Dalecha" & "Joker" even go beyond verbally attacking individuals to attacking entire Tribal groups like, the beloved Hadiya, Oromo, Tigray & Amhara Tribes of Ethiopia. Their words regarding certain tribes in Ethiopia are very demoralizing, shameful and have the power to incite violence. "Dalecha" and "Joker's" hate speech can no longer be ignored. Enough is enough!!!
Without exaggeration, "Dalecha""is typically intoxicated and or is under the influence of a substance while he gets on Tiktok Live. This may definitely be a contributing factor to his instability. He has also been seen pulling out a weapon on his Live feeds which is of grave concern. "Dalecha" clearly needs help, but in the meantime, the community should not be subjected to his threats, lies, and ridicule.
Although not confirmed, "Joker" is believed to be involved in criminal activity involving women. It is alleged but from what he has been displaying and doing on Tik Tok, it is very clear that he does not have respect for mothers, and women in general. While hiding his own identity, he uses his voice to destroy the moral, dignity and pride of a women. He must be stopped!
"Dalecha" and "Joker" have been hoping from Tik Tok channel to channel forcing and bullying hosts into giving them moderator access which they then use to mute/block anyone they desire. These two people are making people very uncomfortable and it is clear that people are only granting them access because they do not want to be their next victim.
"Dalecha" lives in the United States where his freedom of speech is highly protected. That said, when a persons voice is used to threaten, incite violence, slander and defame others, it becomes unlawful and must be condemned and prohibited. We are watching as his dangerous behavior gets rapidly copied by other TikTokers - This is influence towards destruction and it must be stopped now!
The Ethiopian/Eritrean community is fed up with "Dalecha" & "Joker's" constant hate speech and would like for TikTok to permanently ban the individuals that go by the name "Dalecha" & "Joker" from utilizing Tik Tok as they are in clear violation of the outlined community guidelines and standards.
The above accusations can easily be substantiated and supported by a number of videos that many people have downloaded and saved for documentation and evidence purposes.
While a number of individuals have begun pursuing legal action against these two, We the signed are expecting TIKTOK to permanently ban these two individuals from their platform (including all their fake accounts).
