On July 31st of 2022, 20 year old Brandon R. Heaberlin from Grayson, Ky, was arrested by EKUPD for sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment charges, though he was let out on bail and has yet to be fully convicted of anything. He was attending EKU and subsequently dropped out because of the allegations. He is well known on TikTok for admitting to kissing and being inappropriate towards a little girl (age unknown because victim chose to be anonymous), and for claiming that he is now "clean" of his pedophilic behavior. Then, on his now privated Facebook account, he claimed to be coming to MSU within the next year. Of course, his attendance is just a rumor for now, but by signing this petition we MSU students are asking for it not to be true and for MSU to reconsider his involvement with this campus because Brandon Heaberlin is a sexual predator and poses a threat to everyone, especially Craft students.
