Our children were removed from our home during the initial Cps investigation my son ended up sneaking out the house a few hours after we put him to sleep and we went to sleep with him, scariest thing to ever happen. But CPS stated that I must be on some kind of narcotics and wanted to force me to take a drug test with no proof or probable cause. I politely told the CPS investigator that there is no need for a drug test since the investigation was not about drugs, she told me okay that's fine came back the next day with a warrant for my children claiming that they were in danger and remove them from my home and ever since then it has been an uphill battle dealing with lies and our children being neglected by the state and CPS workers the removal of my children from our home has been devastating for our son's mental development and no one in the state who works for CPS seems to care my son has been in the hospital multiple times from sickness that he has caught while being in CPS custody the reason for this petition is to change the power that CPS investigators have to remove children from home without probable cause, I believe there should be CPS because there are bad individuals in this world who mistreat children, my wife and I are not those individuals we have other kids who are older who will back this up but there are many parents who are getting their rights violated by CPS and it needs to be stopped
