Stop corruption, return equipment and close the illegal Riva Beach Resort hotel

Stop corruption, return equipment and close the illegal Riva Beach Resort hotel
The Issue
Addressed to: the Government of India, the Government of Goa and all residents of India and the world.
We, the undersigned, urge the Government of India, the Government of Goa and all concerned citizens of the world to take measures against the illegal actions of the business partner, the owner of the Riva Beach Resort - Sachin Naik.
Problem:
Since 2021, we, AKA Mandrem Beach, being an international martial arts academy and sports hall, have been successfully working in the territory of Goa, provided to us for rent by the Riva Beach Resort hotel, owned by Sachin Naik. However, in July 2024, despite long-term agreements, our business was illegally seized by this partner. We were deprived of access to the premises, our equipment, products and merchandising. Moreover, the current owner of Riva Beach Resort continues to use our resources to sell our branded products and threatens us with his connections with local politicians, which undermines justice and law and order.
What happened:
Sachin Naik illegally took our territory, equipment, and products, continuing to work under our brand without permission.
We faced the refusal of the police, who cannot or do not want to intervene because of the obvious corruption on the ground.
The Riva Beach Resort hotel itself was built illegally, which is confirmed by investigations, over INR 85 CR bank loan on an illegal property in CRZ is sanctioned by 10 different banks, but despite this, the owner continues to act without consequences.
Tourism in Goa suffers from such actions, as Sachin Naik is just one example of how the private interests of individuals destroy Goa's reputation and development as a tourist destination.
Why it's important:
Corruption and inaction of the authorities contribute to the destruction of businesses and undermine confidence in governments.
It is impossible to develop the tourism industry in Goa when illegal and dishonest businessmen block access to resources and business opportunities.
Goa loses its attractiveness as a region for tourists and investors when such incidents are left without due attention from the authorities.
Our requirements:
Check the documents of the Riva Beach Resort hotel and stop illegal activities.
Close Riva Beach Resort, which was built in violation of the law.
Stop corrupt practices related to Sachin Naik and bring him to justice for the illegal use of our equipment, products and brand.
Return all withheld money, equipment and merchandising that belong to AKA Mandrem Beach.
Take measures to allow honest and law-abiding businesses to develop in Goa without threats from corrupt structures and illegal entrepreneurs.
We demand justice!
The situation requires immediate intervention, as not only our business depends on it, but also the future of the tourism and business environment in Goa. We believe that with the help of your participation it is possible to stop corruption and restore justice!
Subscribe if you support our requirements and want Goa to become a place of prosperity for honest businesses again!
