Stop convicted rapist's move to Category D Open Conditions Prison

Stop convicted rapist's move to Category D Open Conditions Prison
The Issue
In August of 2017 I was sexually assaulted on Regent Road, Edinburgh while walking home from a night out.
In March 2019, Mark Robert Adams was sentenced to seven years in prison: to be served consecutively with a seven-year sentence handed down two months previously for raping a woman in 2015; and a six-month suspended sentence for sexual assault in 2018.
After the sentencing hearing, a Police Scotland spokesman said: "Adams is an arrogant man who preyed upon a woman as she walked home. He is a highly opportunistic offender who has no regard for those he attacks ".
I recently received a letter from my Victim Liaison Officer notifying me that the offender has been approved for a transfer from a Category A prison to a Category D, both in England. This would allow him escorted visits outside the prison, leading on to unescorted visits ''for work or educational purpose or simply to get reacquainted with the community'' and eventually to ''overnight home stays''.
Mark Adams has not yet served a single day in prison towards ‘my’ sentence. He has served just four out of the 14 and a half years he was given for his crimes against three innocent women.
This man is a serial rapist who should not be allowed to move back into the community in any way, shape, or form. I was a teenager when I was attacked. Mark Adams was 56. He is a danger to young women wherever he goes and should remain in a Category A prison.
