‘The Flight Crew had the aircraft inspected after the first occurrence of fumes and then continued with their duties. The cabin crew felt unable to continue with their duties after this event. Both decisions are understandable because the adverse effect caused by malodorous or even toxic fumes can vary depending on the persons location within the aircraft’.
