The People of New York City are severely impacted by Marathons conducted on Weekends throughout the five Boros. Streets are jammed, streets are closed, traffic is at a standstill for hours. This is harming all age  groups that have weekend plans and can never arrive on time to their destinations.  Not to mention life saving ambulances stuck for hours in  traffic with nowhere to move.  These "Runners" and whoever organizes their agenda, need to rethink a better place for them to run that  does not effect the peoples of New York City. Now is the time to act before it gets worse.
