As a resident of Hooper Hill, Leland NC I am requesting your support to STOP the proposed Class 1 mining project that is to take place using up 565 acres of land that could potentially be used for future growth. At this time the mining may introduce safety hazards such as decrease in air quality, road safety, health hazards and significantly lower home owners property value. The company is wanting to work on this project for 2 to 10 years.
