Seems all those involved in the situation regarding closing the Thurston Loop and Motorized trails of the area have gone into "radio silence". There is no news to report from the meeting that the motorized off-road coalition attended with the project proponents of the Bridal Veil Project this past Thursday,  Jan 26, 2023.

Once the ORV coalition provides a public statement it will be posted here for all to review.

We have been told that the project has been paired down from what was originally proposed. WE MUST NOT LET UP! The proponent of this project has NOT made any concessions at this time regarding the closure of the Thurston Loop to motorized recreation. 

The next logical step will be to take this petition you all have supported, to the government officials who will be making the final decisions.
