No one must pay to get an ID card , sign to Stop government from charging us for Identification documents. ID cards must be free. Home Affairs is not a business but a department responsible to provide us citizenship as it's our right by constitution. In South Africa a person pays R140 or more to get an Identity Document if you are a non-first time applicant. Regardless of what may have caused you to lose your first identification documents Such have a negative impact on the poor and disgruntled South Africans.

The cost of living in south Africa is very high, especially if you are a unemployed citizen. people must not be paying for identification documents, especially if It's in a country where you can lose your identification documents for any reason, ranging from natural disasters and Robbery etc. We are tax payers in our country and our taxes must cover all expenses. The state must bare all costs when it comes to our documentation and administration.
