On behalf of the local residents and homeowners in greenfields we wish to express our concern for the proposed land development DA10493 -lot 137 Bortolo Drive Greenfields. We do not believe this proposal should go ahead. 

One of our concerns is the preservation of trees, particularly the beautiful trees that are home to black cockatoos. Preserving such natural habitats is crucial for maintaining our local ecosystem's biodiversity.

Furthermore, the ongoing issue of hooning on Bortolo Drive is a serious safety concern. Introducing additional traffic through the proposed development may exacerbate this problem and pose risks to residents and wildlife. The intersection of Bortolo Drive and Lakes Road is already congested at time, and the proposed development is likely to worsen the traffic situation.

Additionally, the impact of lighting, noise (from 7am to 10pm), smell, dirty water and chemical overspray on our homes cannot be overlooked. The elevation of the development will be overlooking peoples properties and the noise will travel.

One final comment to note there is already a car wash facility located on Gordon Road less than 4kms from this proposal.
