1. Cerem ca în Republica Moldova persoanele transgen să fie protejate de către lege și să fie informare în instituțiile de învățământ, precum și în instituțiile medicale, dar și la nivel de stat despre diversitatea de gen. Cerem să fie introduse treninguri pentru specialiști în orientarea sexuală și identitatea de gen, ca aceste două să nu se confunde în spațiu public. Persoanele transgen precum și persoanele LGB (lesbiene, gay, bisexuali) nu reprezintă pericol pentru societate.
2. Cerem simplificarea procesului de schimb de acte de identitate pentru persoanele transgen din Republica Moldova. 
3. Și acces la preparate hormonale cu dose specifice pentru persoanele transgen. Acces la Terapia Hormonală.
4. Ca organele de drept/poliția să fie amendate pentru hărțuirea victimei sau a tentativei de conversie a așa numitului Gen Corect la adresa persoanelor transgen. Cazuri în care polițiștii la apel se dădeau de partea infractorilor și inițiau discursuri transfobe la adresa victimei. 

5. Șanse egale în angajarea în câmpul muncii pentru personaele transgen. 

 *Identitatea de gen: se referă la genul cu care o persoană se identifică.

  Preistorie : Au fost nenumărate incidente când persoanele transgen au fost supuse unor atacuri fie verbale fie fizice. Din păcate puține cazuri au fost raportate din motive de frica și din motive că în Republica Moldova nu se aplică legile, iar atunci când încerci să raportezi un caz intervin polițiștii cu sfaturile lor transfobe. 

Pe data de 11 Aprilie 2022 o minoră transgen sa sinucis pentru că nu a mai putut face față atacurilor din partea colegilor. Fata a fost bătută nenumărate ori și hărțuită verbal.

Persoanele transgen se confruntă cu greutăți de a-și schimba actele de identitate, fapt care le supune unui risc sporit de agresiune din partea unor criminali.

În Republica Moldova nu exista un mechanism de schimb de acte de identitate simplificat pentru persoanele transgen. Procesul de schimbul actelor durează până la cinci ani cu judecată în timp ce în vest actele se rectifică foarte ușor și cu costuri standard ca pentru orice alt act. În unele țări așa ca Olanda, Danemarca actul de identitate se emite gratis. Lipsa de acte conforme identității de gen duce la imposibilități de angajare în câmpul muncii pentru persoanele transgen. Multe din ele fiind constrănse să se prostituieze pentru a supraviețui. Rectificarea actelor de identitate trebuie făcută în mod accesibil imediat fără judecăți și comisii psihiatrice umilitoare în care o femeie transgen este constrânsă să se dezbrace în fața membrilor comisie și au fost cazuri în care unii membri și-au permis să atingă femeia la sâni. Această procedură trebuie omisă.

Propun ca rectificarea actelor de identitate să se obțină la cererea persoanei transgen având aceiași termeni standard care figurează în RM pentru fiecare alt cetățean/ă.

Negarea unui loc de muncă de către un angajator trebuie să fie efectuat în baza lipsei competenței acesteia și nici într-un caz pentru că este persoană transgen.

Cerem să avem aceleași drepturi din Constituția Republicii Moldova ca orice alt cetățean/ă.

Astăzi suntem în risc noi - minoritățile. Dacă nu se face nimic, atunci mîine s-ar putea să fie sub risc oricare din noi.

1. We demand protective laws for transgender people in the Republic of Moldova. People working in educational institutions, as well as in medical institutions, but also at the state level should be informed about gender diversity. We call for the introduction of training for specialists in sexual orientation and gender identity so that these two are not confused in public spaces. Transgender people as well as LGB people (lesbians, gays, bisexuals) are not a danger to society.

2. We demand a simplification of the process of changing identity documents for transgender people in the Republic of Moldova.

3. We demand access to HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and a clear blueprint for transition.

 

We want police authorities to be punished by law for harassing or attempting to convert transgender people into the “right gender”.

Cases in which the police officer has taken the criminal side, sided with the criminals, and initiated transphobic speeches against the victim should be investigated.

 

 * Gender identity: Gender identity is the personal sense of one's own gender.

 

Prehistory: There have been countless incidents when transgender people have been subjected to either verbal or physical attacks. Unfortunately, few cases have been reported due to fear and reasons that the laws do not apply in the Republic of Moldova, and when you try to report a case, the police intervene with their transphobic advice.

On April 11, 2022, a transgender minor committed suicide because she could no longer cope with attacks from colleagues. The girl was beaten countless times and verbally harassed, threatened by a man that he will kill her.

 

Transgender people face difficulties in changing their identity documents, which puts them at increased risk of aggression by criminals.

In the Republic of Moldova, there is no simplified mechanism for exchanging identity documents for transgender people. The process of exchanging documents takes up to five years with a trial, while in the West the documents are rectified very easily and with standard costs as for any other act.

Some countries, such as the Netherlands and Denmark are issued identity cards free of charge. The lack of gender identity documents makes it impossible for transgender people to find employment. Many of them were forced into prostitution to survive.

Rectification of identity documents must be made immediately accessible without humiliating judgments and psychiatric commissions in which a transgender woman is forced to undress in front of commission members and there have been cases where some members have allowed themselves to touch the woman to the breasts. This procedure must be omitted.

I propose that the rectification of identity documents be obtained at the request of the transgender person with the same standard terms that appear in the Republic of Moldova for every other citizen.

The denial of a job by an employer must be done on the basis of the lack of competence of the employee, but never because he is a transgender person.

We demand that we have the same rights of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova as any other citizen.

Today we are at risk - the minorities. If nothing is done, then anyone of us may be at risk tomorrow.

Обращение к депутатам Парламента РМ , фракции PAS, Министерству Образования РМ, Министерству Здравоохранения РМ, МВД РМ, Министерство Труда и Соцобеспечения

 

Обращаемся с требованием:

 

            1.         Мы требуем законов защищающих права трансгендерных людей  в Республике Молдова. Люди, работающие в образовательных учреждениях, в медицинских учреждениях, а также на различных государственных уровнях должны быть проинформированы о гендерном разнообразии. Мы призываем ввести обучение специалистов по сексуальной ориентации и гендерной идентичности, чтобы эти два понятия не путались в обществе. Трансгендеры, а также представители ЛГБ (лесбиянки, геи, бисексуалы) не представляют опасности для общества.

            2.         Требуем упрощения процедуры смены документов удостоверяющих личность для трансгендерных граждан РМ.

            3.         Требуем обеспечить упрощенный доступ к заместительниц гормональной терапии.

 

Призываем наказывать представителей полиции и других исполнительных органов за проявление насилия над трансгендерными людьми и за попытки навязывания понятия  «правильного пола» в отношении трансгендерных людей. Нам известны случаи, когда Полиция реагировала на Заявления пострадавшего, проявляла явную трансфобию , принимая сторону нарушителей и тем самым ущемляя жертву.

 

            Мы хотим равные шансы при трудоустройство, отказ в трудоустройстве  и призываем наказать за дискриминацию на рабочих местах

 

Гендерная идентичность- это  гендер с которым человек себя идентифицирует(мужской, женский, не бинарный и другие).

 

Предистория: Существуют неоднократные случаи насилия физического и вербального над трансгендерным людьми. К сожалению,  мало документированных случаев в РМ по причине страха пострадавших и из-за того, что в стране  не работает Правовое поле  относительно трансгендерности и при обращении в  Органы Полиции возникают «личные мнения» полицейских трансфобного характера.

     11 апреля 2022 несовершеннолетняя девушка -трансгендер совершила суицид из-за невыносимости далее испытывать бесконечные издевательства со стороны одноклассников. Она на протяжении долгого периода подвергалась вербальному  и физическому насилию со стороны одноклассников при попустительстве руководства школы.

   Трансгендерные  люди сталкиваются со сложностями в смене Документов удостоверяющие  личность, следствием чего становятся жертвами агрессии со стороны враждебно настроенных людей и криминальных элементов.

 

     В РМ не существует упрощенной схемы смены Документов для трансгендерных людей. Процедура сложная,  длящаяся до 5 лет в Судебном Порядке, при этом в других странах, эта процедура упрощённая с обычными стандартными временными рамками  и тарифами для замены  Документов Удостоверяющих Личность. В некоторых странах (Голландия, Дания) Удостоверение Личности выдаётся бесплатно. Отсутствие надлежащего Удостоверения Личности подтверждающего гендерную принадлежность для трансгендерных людей создаёт большие трудности при трудоустройстве. Многие из них вынуждены заниматься проституцией, чтобы иметь хоть какие-то средства для существования. Замена Документов удостоверяющих личность должна проводиться в доступном режиме без длительных Судебных разбирательств и унизительных психиатрических комиссий, при которых трансгендерные люди вынужден раздеваться до гола и быть осмотренным и ощупанным членами комиссии тем самым подвергаться дополнительным унижениям. Эту процедуру надо исключить.

     Предлагаю внести обычную процедуру замены Документов удостоверяющих личность для лиц трансгендер на основании Заявления о замене, которая общепринята на территории РМ для всех граждан.

     Отказ от трудоустройства трансгендерных людей должен быть в силу отсутствия компетенции или навыков у данного соискателя а не по причине ее/ его гендерной принадлежности.

    Мы требуем одинаковые Конституционные Права с любым другим гражданином РМ.

  

Сегодня трансгендерные люди в Республике Молдова в зоне риска. Если ничего не предпринять, то велика возможность каждого из нас оказаться в таком же положении что и девушка которая ушла из жизни 11 апреля 2022 года.
