Last week, residents in HeatherGlen who live 400 feet from Buckman's property received a Legal Notice from the Limerick Township Zoning Hearing Board regarding an application for Buckman's Inc to build three buildings totaling 94,400 sq ft to manufacture and store highly hazardous chemicals on property they own.

The proximity of these hazardous chemical facilities poses a significant risk to our community's health and safety. The potential for accidents or leaks could have devastating consequences for residents and schoolchildren who attend Limerick Elementary. We must prioritize the well-being of our families over industrial expansion.
