Citizens in both New Jersey and Philadelphia, PA have had to suffer a decrease in the quality of life thanks to these "boom car parties" that take place year-round. Laws are being broken by these parties. 

The City of Philadelphia needs to do more to stop these "boom parties" as they not only disrupt a vast amount of local communities at all hours of the day and night, but they lead to dangerous environments that put the lives of citizens at risk. Gun usage is common and a very real threat at these gatherings. This is not simply a noise complaint. This is safety issue.

We are asking the Philadelphia Police Department and the City of Philadelphia to come together to actually enforce the laws that are already on the books.
