As a loyal and active participant of the unique digital card game, The Elder Scrolls: Legends, I, along with many others in our gaming community, feel let down by Bethesda's decision to shut down the game. The Elder Scrolls: Legends still bolsters a substantial player base, which makes this decision upsetting. Particularly for those, including myself, who invested not only their time but also real-world currency into the game.

Despite its 2017 launch, The Elder Scrolls: Legends quickly built a fiercely devoted community of players due to its unique lore, strategic depth, and engaging gameplay (Polygon, 2019). The effects of this decision extend beyond the sheer disappointment of the game's loyal followers. It denies us access to an experience we not only enjoy but also greatly value.

Hence, we kindly request Bethesda to reconsider shutting down The Elder Scrolls: Legends, or at the very least, allow offline access to the game. Doing so would not only maintain the goodwill Bethesda has built up over the years, but also permit players to continue exploring and enjoying the brilliant world of The Elder Scrolls: Legends.
