Mr. Sonu Nigam,

We all know that the world is suffering currently but, I am not even talking about the Covid-19. I am talking about a different kind of suffering here, the one inflicted on the Indian music world by 'bey-tuned' singers, high-tuned music makers and tasteless music labels. On one hand, Music labels and radio have abandoned Independent Music and Bollywood is busy mixing good old tunes with auto-tune and bad lyrics calling it Remix. Guess who is paying the price for it ? Us the Music Lovers. We are tired of cleaning the musical debris in our ears. Bad music is sitting like ear wax and there is no Q-tip to remove it. So not fair !!!

Albums like 'Deewana' and 'Jaan',  listening to which a lot of us made babies that are now called Millennials....'Chanda Ki Doli' listening to which we continued to live a fairy tale romance, 'Classically mild' listening to which we sipped single malt to celebrate our success. A lot has changed since then, but most importantly Music has changed. TODAY we have almost forgotten what good music sounds like.

Partly your fault that you pulled a disappearing act on us and,  partly our fault that we didn't demand our share of music from you. Enough already....

Let's make a deal; If 100,000 of us sign this petition then, in return, you Mr. Sonu Nigam, promise us that you will make a Brand new album for us. An album to help us fall in love, make babies to and sip Single malt to all over again. Guess what, We will also pay for it. Deal ??
