Hi, my name is Samantha Serna I run a Home Daycare in Hutchinson, I been a provider for the community for a little of 2 years. Well I have a Red Nose Pitbull she is the sweetest dog to kids and everyone, she has not been allowed on my property during Daycare hours that means during the Hot Summer days to the cold winter days she is locked outside in a kennel with a dog house off my property with water and blankets an hay during the winter. I Don’t fined it right that they can Ban ONLY one dog Breed. Its how you raise them and treat them. The number one dog that shows aggression is Not pits it’s a Chihuahua. So instead of discriminating against one breed it should be they are all allowed or they are all not allowed.  We can’t base it off of the pitbull reputation back in the day to be a fighter. We have moved away from a lot of the bad reputation let’s not punish one breed.
