AVAIL NYC is a Crisis Pregnancy Center (CPC)- A FAKE CLINIC.

AVAIL NYC claims that it is “A safe place to make confident decisions. No pressure. No politics. Ever.” This is DECEPTIVE. 

·      It does not provide adequate medical care to make informed decisions. 

·      There is pressure to uphold Christian values and act according to faith.

·      They are political, because they advocate against having abortions.

AVAIL NYC is an affiliate of the Christian non-profit, Hope for New York, which was founded in 1992 by Redeemer Presbyterian Church led by orthodox pastor Rev. Tim Keller. Rev. Tim Keller was a signatory to The Manhattan Declaration: A Call of Christian Conscience, an interfaith manifesto against same-sex marriage, divorce, infidelity, and the separation of child-rearing from marriage, circulated in 2015. The document called for civil disobedience to advance the Christian faith. 

AVAIL NYC is also an affiliate of Heartbeat International, an anti-abortion Christian non-profit, which has as its mission “to make abortion unwanted today and unthinkable for future generations.” They want to eliminate abortions entirely worldwide without exceptions. 

AVAIL NYC receives around $2 million in annual donations. It is over 70% publicly funded but does not disclose any of its funders.
