Petition to the House of Commons. We, the undersigned citizens and residents of Canada, draw the attention of the House of Commons to the following: That products including but not limited to makeup, hair, body, and face cleansers, and fragrances should not be tested on animals because there are other testing methods in which living things remain unharmed. There are laws placed protecting animals from
abuse and neglect, but they are limited and have changed very little since 1892, excluding animal testing. Therefore, we call upon the House of Commons to modernize the current laws and put a stop to the inhumane treatment of animals primarily for the purpose of "beauty".
