STOP Animal Laws on the Fraser Coast from Changing!

STOP Animal Laws on the Fraser Coast from Changing!
The issue
UPDATE: After speaking to Paul Truscott, one of the FCRC councillors, we've discovered that the document publicly submitted with the below proposals, is completely different to the proposals the council are to discuss in their meeting nwxt week. I will post a screenshot of the proposals theyre meant to be discussing here.
The Fraser Coast Council are proposing to change the Animal Management laws currently in place. If this goes through, anyone who owns or wants to own animals in the Fraser Coast Region will be impacted.
The changes include quail now being considered poultry, only allowing anything classed as poultry on 800m2 blocks and above with limits on numbers, NO native beehives, approval required for more than one dog or cat, and not being able to keep most other livestock on any block under 10,000m2(2.5ac). (Documents can be found on frasercoast.engagementhub.com.au/local-laws documents library)
With an election coming up in March, NOW is the time to ACT! Show your support for our community and our right to food security and independence. Let's show the council we do not agree with these changes!
