FIRST PERSON IN SINGAPORE'S HISTORY TO SURVIVE AN AGC SECTION 74 VEXATIOUS LITIGANT APPLICATION
They tried to shut me down. It didn't work. I intend to finish strong.
For almost a year, the AGC tried to have me declared a vexatious litigant — a Section 74 order that would have frozen every case I have and barred me from court without permission.
On 4 August the High Court said NO. The AGC's time to appeal has passed with no appeal. Based on my research, I'm the first person in Singapore's history to survive an AGC Section 74 application.
It's not a clean win — I'm under a lesser two-year order and must ask permission before starting any new case. But every case I already have is untouched (Justice Hoo Sheau Peng wrote that into the order herself), there were no costs against me, and I've decided not to appeal. Given the odds — the whole weight of the State against one citizen — I consider that a VICTORY. I thank my lawyer Mr Nicholas Narayanan for representing me.
The Court gave me two years. I'm giving myself the same: finish my COVID work, see every lawsuit through — Dways on 25 Sept, Beatrice Choong on 12 Oct, Ben Leong being set down — and write the whole story for the world.

WHY READ THE REPORT
The whole thing was triggered by the Fauci Senate hearings. In July the US Senate released 5,107 pages of Fauci's files. I searched them for one word — Singapore — and found two Singapore grant numbers in the funding line of a paper co-written with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Following those numbers led to our Ministry of Defence funding bat virus research at Duke-NUS; a coronavirus hunt in Singapore's parks with three Wuhan scientists as co-authors, four months before the outbreak; the same Duke-NUS bat colony named in DEFUSE, the proposal the Pentagon rejected as too close to gain-of-function work; and four US Pentagon awards to NUS under a fund literally called "Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction". That is where the title comes from.
The report also tells the five years behind it: the lawsuits, the work, and what it has cost to stand up against medical tyranny and globalist capture. I will continue to write and speak for those of us who have been fearlessly and relentlessly sharing information around the world, warning our friends and families that this was NEVER about health.
They can take away my name. They can take away my dignity. They will never take away the TRUTH.
